Left Sidebar Navigation

The sidebar is your main navigation hub. It's always visible and provides access to all core features.

Collapsing the Sidebar

On smaller screens or if you want more space:

  1. Click the menu icon (☰) at the top of the sidebar

  2. The sidebar collapses to icons only

  3. Click again to expand

Top Bar

The top bar provides quick access to organization switching, search, and user settings.

Organization Switcher

If you belong to multiple organizations, use the org switcher to toggle between them.

To switch organizations:

  1. Click your organization name in the top left

  2. Select the organization you want to switch to

  3. The entire interface updates to that organization's data

📘 Note

Each organization has completely separate data. Switching organizations doesn't merge or share data.


Global Search

The search bar at the top center lets you quickly find anything in Rivvi.

What you can search:

  • 🔍 Campaigns by name

  • 👤 Patients by name, phone, MRN

  • Tasks by description

  • 📞 Calls by outcome or patient

To search:

  1. Click the search bar or press / (keyboard shortcut)

  2. Type your search term

  3. Results appear as you type

  4. Click any result to navigate directly to it

💡 Tip

Use keyboard shortcut Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to open search from anywhere.

Click your avatar (top right) to access your personal settings and account options.

Dashboard

Your home base - see everything at a glance.

What you'll see:

💡 Tip

Use the time range selector (24h, 7d, 30d, 90d) at the top right of the dashboard to change the metrics timeframe.


Campaigns

Manage all your patient outreach campaigns.

Main views:

  • All Campaigns: List of all campaigns

  • Campaign Detail: View specific campaign, runs, settings

  • Create Campaign: Start from templates

Quick actions:

  • Click Create Campaign to start new

  • Click any campaign name to view details

  • Use filters to find specific campaigns


Patients

Your patient directory and data management hub.

Main views:

  • Patient List: All patients with search and filters

  • Patient Detail: Individual patient profile

  • Import: Upload patient data

  • Filter by engagement status

Tasks

Follow-up tasks generated from campaigns.

Main views:

  • Task List: All tasks with advanced filtering

  • Task Detail: Individual task information

  • Assign tasks to team members

  • Resolve tasks with notes

Calls (Interactions)

Review call logs, recordings, and outcomes.

  • Call List: All interactions with filters

  • Call Detail: Individual call information

Calendar

Manage patient appointments (requires Cal.com or Calendly integration).

Note

Calendar only appears in navigation if you have Cal.com or Calendly integrated. Set up integrations in Settings → Integrations.


Compliance

Maintain HIPAA and TCPA compliance.

  • Opt-Outs: Patients who opted out

  • DNC List: Do Not Call list management

  • Audit Logs: System activity logs (Admin only)

When viewing nested pages, use breadcrumbs to navigate back:

Tab Navigation

Many detail pages use tabs for organization:

Rivvi works on mobile browsers, but some features are optimized for desktop.

Common Questions

Can I customize the sidebar order?

No, the sidebar order is fixed to ensure consistency across all users.

Why don't I see Calendar in my sidebar?

Calendar only appears if your organization has Cal.com or Calendly integrated. Check with your admin.

Q: How do I know which organization I'm in?

A: Your current organization name is always displayed in the top left corner.

Q: Can I open multiple Rivvi tabs?

A: Yes! You can open multiple tabs and they'll stay synced. Changes in one tab will reflect in others after refresh.

Q: What does the red badge number mean?

A: Red badges show the count of items needing attention (e.g., open tasks, unread notifications).

Q: Can I hide sections I don't use?

A: No, but your admin can control which features are available to your organization.
